Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement MongoDB schemas based on application access patterns and performance requirements. - Develop and optimize queries, aggregations, and indexing strategies. - Implement and manage Change Streams, preferably MongoDB Atlas Change Streams, for real-time data processing and event-driven architectures. - Collaborate with application teams to integrate MongoDB with backend services and APIs. - Deploy and manage MongoDB on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Configure and maintain replica sets, sharding, backup, and recovery strategies. - Monitor system performance and proactively resolve scalability, availability, and reliability issues. - Ensure data security, access control, and industry best practices adherence. - Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and performance tuning initiatives. - Work closely with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure.
