JOB DESCRIPTION:  Understand and analyze the client’s functional and non-functional requirements  Analyze current state of data, explore possible options, design, and create data pipelines (data lake / data warehouses) for specific requirements  Collaborate with the team, to design the solution for the business problems and communicate effectively to stakeholders  Design high quality reports and dashboards selecting right types of visuals and presentation considering best user experience  Working experience with large, heterogeneous datasets in building and optimizing data pipelines, pipeline architectures and integrated datasets using data integration technologies  Own effort estimation and assist in project planning for the different phases  Lead the team and ensure timely and quality deliveries. Key Desirables :  9+ years of experience in data modeling, data warehousing, and building ETL pipelines  Strong experience in ETL platforms like Informatica ETL, Powercenter, IICS, or similar tools  Deep knowledge of various big data technologies like BigQuery, AWS Redshift  Hands-on experience with BI tools like Tableau (Preferred), MS Power BI, etc.  Experience in functional/programming languages such as Python, Spark, Scala and Java .  Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders.  You are expected to be intellectually curious, take initiative, and love learning new skills and capabilities.  You need to bring passion to your work and operate with a sense of purpose that inspires and motivates those you work with.  Strong communication & presentation skills.
