Product Quality Engineer,L2,L3 protocol testing and networking Location: Bangalore(WFO) Walk in interview EXp: 1 to 10 Years  Experience • 1 to 10 years of experience in network protocol and system testing • Freshers with protocol testing course/certification Skills • Expertise in writing test plans and testing of networkingproducts. • Strong knowledge in one or more of the following: • Ethernet/E1/T1/STM, PPP, TCP/IP, IPv4, IPv6, NAT-PT, MPLS, RSVP, RIP, OSPF, BGP, RSTP/MSTP, LACP, IGMP, PIM, QoS, NMS/EMS, RADIUS, NTP, PTP, VXLAN, VTP, VPLS, VPN etc. • Familiarity with SDN, NFV, Virtualization, Cloud computing. • Experience with IXIA/Spirent/XENA and any Open-source tools. • Experience with scripting languages like Perl and Python. • Strong communication skills. Responsibilities • Write test plans to validate protocols and featureimplementations. • Design and create testbeds, create scenarios to validate functionality, performance, stability, and scalability of products. • Execute test plans, test cases to verify all aspects of the product. Report defects and validate fixes. • Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues to drive towards root cause identification. • Use every means possible to find the defects in the software and hardware being developed. • Work as an agile member of a test team, running in short cycles to develop functional software tools in quick iterations. Help drive software development best practices from technology selectionand workflow to coding standards • Automate test plans, test cases wherever possible. Build/script new tools for performing testing/validation. • Help developers during unit and integration testing. Education • BE/ BTech or higher
