React.js Developer/Lead

As a React Lead Developer or React Developer in this role, your responsibilities will include: - Developing clean, modular, scalable, and maintainable code following industry best practices. - Actively participating in story grooming sessions to understand business requirements and technical scope. - Clarifying all dependencies, assumptions, and technical queries before starting development. - Collaborating with Technical Leads, Development Leads, UX teams, and API teams to ensure seamless delivery. - Identifying and communicating risks, blockers, and dependencies proactively. - Performing and participating in peer code reviews to maintain high-quality standards. - Contributing to performance optimization, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives. Must-Have Skills: - HTML5 - CSS3 - JavaScript (ES6+) - TypeScript - React.js - React Query - Redux (or similar state management libraries) - Jest / Vitest - React Testing Library - Experience working with AI-powered development tools Good-to-Have Skills: - Cypress - Styled Components - Vite - Jira - Confluence - Bitbucket - Jenkins Familiarity With: - Postman - Mock Service Worker (MSW) - SonarQube - Nexus / Nexus IQ - Fortify or similar security tools Nice-to-Have: - CloudBees - New Relic - Splunk or similar monitoring tools This position offers Full-Time Employment (FTE) and the interview process includes an Initial Virtual Discussion followed by a mandatory Face-to-Face Interview at Chennai, Pune, or Indore.
