About the role
Experience - 5-12years Notice period - Immediate Joiner (15days) Location - Remote (wfh)
Required Experience and Skills: MBA Overall, 5-10 years of relevant experience in digital product management / business analysis Good understanding of the Retail industry and Ecommerce domain – challenges, trends, functional areas, etc. Good conceptual understanding of Retail B2C Ecommerce – business process, functional features and high-level systems Experience of working on Retail Top of Funnel Ecommerce projects – Search & Browse, Catalog management, Customer Data Management, Promotions, SEO Experience on any leading B2C Ecommerce package solution (IBM WCS / Salesforce Commerce Cloud / SAP Hybris) is highly desirable Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g. user stories, iterative development, scrum teams, backlog grooming, etc.) Experience using ecommerce analytics tools like Adobe Analytics / Google Analytics / Quantum Metrics, to define data-driven insights and product backlog Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills Relevant Product Management and Agile certifications such as SAFe PMPO / CSPO etc.
