Role: Senior Support EngineerExp: 3-6 years of relevant hands-on experience in a product or service provider environment.Location BangaloreNotice Period : Immediate to 15 days Job Skills and Responsibilities1. Scripting experience (Python and Shell)2. Hands on experience in setting up and managing monitoring tools like Zabbix + Grafana / Nagios /Prometheus3. Hands-on with DevOps tools like ansible/docker/Atlassian.4. Linux background (Should be good at various commands and utilities)5. AWS and Azure knowledge are a plus.6. Knowledge in Jenkins Administration is a plus7. Must have Debugging skills.8. Self-driven, goal-oriented approach9. Ability to work under pressure situations and stringent deadlines.10.
