Profile 1 Mission: Reinforce the application maintenance teams in their daily work (configuration, development, writing technical documents) Exp: 3-5 yrs Location: Mumbai & Navi Mumbai (candidate will be sitting at Client Location) Skills: minimum 3 years' experience on servicenow very good knowledge of the script part of servicenow good knowledge of the different itsm processes (change, problem, incident, request, SLA, ...) good level of written and spoken English at least one experience in integration (REST/SOAP) knowledge of the service portal Profile 2 Mission : Reinforce the CMDB team for the implementation and the support of the teams on this solution Exp: 3-5 yrs Location: Mumbai & Navi Mumbai Skills: good knowledge of the Servicenow CMDB Good technical level on the ITOM and CMDB part of ServiceNow having one or more signifactive experience similar to our need Good written and spoken English, comfortable making presentations
