Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator Experience: 3.5-7 years. Notice Period: 1 month. Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore. Should be fine with WFO hybrid mode. Key skills: Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), AMP script. Salesforce Admin. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: i. Manage the administration and configuration of the Marketing Cloud platform. ii. Responsible for design and technical implementation of solutions using the Marketing Cloud platform of products. iii. Translate business and marketing needs into well-designed solutions. iv. Collaborate with internal IT teams to determine the best path for Salesforce platform implementation. v. Optimize Marketing Cloud configuration and solutions for efficiency and simplicity. vi. Maintain and document technical processes and marketing automation procedures. vii. Continually improve the Marketing Cloud data model and architecture. viii. Develop responsive email templates. ix. Other related duties as assigned. Data-driven decision making, product performance, and ensure the benefit to the users’ process. QUALIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL SKILL SETS: i. Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) ii. Experienced working with all Marketing Cloud Builders and Studios, including Mobile Connect, Personalization Builder, Social Studio, Interaction Studio, Journey Builder, and Advertising Studio. iii. 3+ Years of experience implementing automated solutions utilizing Marketing Cloud Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS) iv. Experience using Journey Builder with thorough understanding of Audience Builder configuration v. Working knowledge of AMP script and Guide Template Language. vi. Working knowledge of Front-end development building Cloud Pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AMP script. vii. Working knowledge of SQL and databases. vii. Fundamental understanding of database technologies (RDBMS, NoSQL).
