Mandatory Skill -  6 or more years of support experience in SharePoint 2010/2013 and above  2 or more years of support experience with SharePoint Online  2 or more years experience with the ShareGate migration tool which includes the ability to troubleshoot both SPO and SharePoint 2010/2013 so that content is migrated properly (content, metadata, security and taxonomy)  Working IT admin knowledge of SharePoint online (SPO). SPO admin experience does not have to include extensive SharePoint admin center administration but it’s helpful. At minimum, knowledge of what will need to be requested from the SPO Admin support team so migrations can be completed seamlessly.  Working IT admin knowledge of SharePoint 2010/2013/2016 etc.… (platform config, mapping metadata from SharePoint 2010 and above to SPO, Security management)  Experience in designing Nintex forms and workflows  Solid understanding of all SharePoint features “out of the box” – how to use and customize “in browser” as well as from tools such as SharePoint Designer.  Understanding of SharePoint feature/solution model to create and deploy customizations such as web parts, list event receivers, content types, list schemas, site page templates, application pages, publishing pages, etc.  Experience in programming with the SharePoint object model.

Desired Skills -  Proficient with ASP.NET and C# development in a commercial environment, using a range of technologies (C#, .NET 4, Rest API and SQL)  Proficient with client scripting technologies (jQuery, JavaScript, AJAX) and the ability to write functional cross browser code  Programming in a team environment utilizing a software development life cycle (SDLC) tools such as Visual Studio Team System and Team Foundation Server  Development experience with a relational database – Microsoft SQL Server, including data access via ADO.NET, Entity Framework, REST and LINQ  Experience in the configuration and administration of SQL databases (including queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers, tables, views and indexes) and understanding of SharePoint content databases  Experience in response design frameworks and techniques  Good understanding of Agile development and design principles  Knowledge of Entity Framework and MVC will be an added advantage.  New track certifications such as MCTS, MCPD, or MCITP strongly preferred.
