Design and Development Responsibilities1. Tableau development, Metadata creation and documentation.2. Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills to prepare metadata layer and do data analysis.3. Drive UAT activities with business partners to ensure solutions meet business requirements.4. Ensures standards are maintained across all developments5. Debug and Resolve any issues new and existing. Ability to communicate with business on any issues reported with the reports/data and do the root cause. Ability to apply past knowledge to provide suggestion to improve quality of support. Work collaboratively across teams across regions. Participate in technical discussions to improve processes and application Requirements & Analysis Responsibilities1. Responsible to investigate, Analyze and understand data contents of source data systems2. Research, evaluate, identify alternative approaches, recommend, design and code efficient and effective solutions for challenging problems ranging from small to large work efforts for low to high complexity problems3. Comply with standards and guidelines related to the design, construction, testing and deployment activities as established by departmental and organizational standard4. Demonstrate collaborative skills working within a project team of diverse skills and will bring communication skills including oral, written and presentation skills, creativity, and problem solving skills to a challenging environment5. Understands dependencies and timing issues between source systems and data warehouse operations6. Works directly with business process experts, BI Analysts, and IT Manager to understand requirements for data warehouse development projectsIdentify opportunities in processes, system capabilities and delivery methodologies for continuous improvement as applicable .
