Staff UI/UX designer_CBS

Responsibilities · Interact with Product Owners, End Users and other Stakeholders for requirements gathering. · Closely collaborate with the product management and engineering teams to identify product vision and goals. · Independently handle complex projects end-to-end as sole/lead designer. · Working in teams to deliver against a road map, understanding and validating requirements, grooming your ideas, and iteratively making progress until you get to the ideal design solution/direction together. · Define and develop key workflows, wireframes and prototypes and communicate them effectively in a fast-paced agile environment. · Work within design system guidelines to ensure designs are user friendly while remaining consistent with our design framework. · Advocate user needs throughout the development life cycle in an agile, iterative environment to ensure problem: solution fit. · Verify and improve on designs through reviews, validations, and formal usability testing with end users.   Skills · Proficient in applying user-centred design methodologies · Ability to create a brief containing the problem, the goals, and envisioned solution. · Ability to create and review flows, conceptual designs, and wireframes. · Solid experience in information architecture and interaction design. · Good aesthetic sense and high-quality visual design . · Be keen on design system, accessibility, and best practice compliance. · Native user of Figma, with ability to explain to others. · Up to date with latest UX and UI trends, techniques, and technologies. · Great team player but also work effortlessly independent. · Loves to work in an Agile environment. · Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and analytical skills. · Well organized with a focus on smooth handovers and knowledge sharing. Experience   · 8-12 years of experience in user experience and interaction design for web applications or services · Background in user-centered design principles across desktop, mobile, and web platforms. · Aptitude for designing large to medium scale web-based applications. · Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. · Experience working in a geographically diverse collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs. · Experience developing wireframes using a design system framework.
