Good understanding of IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and related applications like IBM Sterling Secure Proxy, IBM SEAS, IBM Control Center, IBM Transformation Extender & External Vendor applications like LightWell Manage production support scenarios and issues to handle this application. Basic understanding of ServiceNOW tool to do incident management & major incident management. Understanding of how an Application is hosted on a Server and knowledge of start/stop/manage multi node applications on Linux Server Experience in handling Patching/Upgrade/Installation of IBM Sterling B2B Integrated and related softwares on Linux environment Good understanding of 3-tier Architecture & basic networking commands Knowledge of SQL/Database concepts to understand how these applications work in a multi node clustered environment Good to have knowledge on how this application will work in Cloud or Containerized environments
