Responsibilities & duties: Responsible for designing and developing WCF services Understanding software user stories Split WCF tasks for the story and describe and estimate them Analyzing and fixing defects Coordinating with the UI team Experience & Key skills Essentials: Minimum 5+ years of experience in .NET C# WCF OOPs, design patterns Coding best practices Performance tuning Threading concepts Experience in working in AGILE environment Tool experience: Microsoft Visual Studio Desirable: Experience with Modbus Protocol/Electrical domain is added advantage. Tool experience: JIRA, Git Bit bucket Personal qualities & behavioural traits Essential: Clear and precise communication ability in English – written and verbal Ability to challenge and question based on reasoned argument Application of analytical and critical thinking to counter challenges in work environment Desirable: Resourcefulness: Find ways of addressing impediments Collaborative: Share best practices and open to taking feedback Proactive: Takes initiative Willingness to do what it takes to deliver
