What youll doOwn product areas end-to-end from idea spec launch iterationWork closely with founders, engineers, and designers to ship features fastTranslate messy real-world payroll/fintech problems into clear product decisionsTalk to customers (founders, HRs, accountants) and turn insights into executionDefine product requirements, workflows, and edge cases (yes, payroll has a lot)Drive weekly releases speed matters more than perfection What were looking for08 years of experience in product managementPreviously worked in an early-stage startup (Seed to Series B preferred)Experience in payroll, fintech, or related domains is a strong plusStrong execution mindset you get things done, not just plan themComfortable dealing with ambiguity and figuring things out without hand-holdingSolid product thinking + attention to detail (especially around edge cases)Good communication skills you can work across engineering, design, and businessLooking specifically from IIT's or IIM's or good B Schools or top tier universities.Working experience in well reknown startup'sLooking candidates under age of 24 to 33 years old BackgroundBased in Hyderabad/Bangalore, IndiaStrong experience in US payroll/Fintech/Saas space.Needs to work between 12 Noon to 9 PM.
