Job Description :We are seeking a skilled Generative AI Engineer in Mumbai having 8+ years of experience with strong experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications.About Us :CodeVyasa is a mid-sized product engineering company that works with top-tier product and solutions organizations such as McKinsey, Walmart, RazorPay, Swiggy, and others.We are a team of 550+ engineers, driving innovation across Product & Data Engineering, focusing on Agentic AI, RPA, Full Stack, and GenAI-based solutions.Key Responsibilities :- Lead the end-to-end design, development, deployment, and optimization of Generative AI solutions.- Design scalable architectures for LLM-powered applications using RAG, vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks.- Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and microservices to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications.- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using embedding models and vector databases.- Design, evaluate, and fine-tune system and user prompts to improve response quality, accuracy, latency, and safety.- Implement model evaluation, versioning, monitoring, and MLOps practices to ensure reliability and performance.- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance GenAI applications in production environments.Required Skills :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.- 8+ years of hands-on experience in software design, development, and implementation.- Minimum 2 years of experience leading technical teams or complex software projects.- Strong programming expertise in Python and backend application development.- Extensive experience with Generative AI technologies and LLM-based application development.- Hands-on experience with LangChain, ADK (Agent Development Kit), Prompt Engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.- Strong experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and working with vector databases.Why Join CodeVyasa - Work on innovative, high-impact projects with leading global clients.- Exposure to modern technologies, scalable systems, and cloud-native architectures.- Continuous learning and upskilling opportunities through internal and external programs.- Supportive and collaborative work culture with flexible policies.- Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.- Free healthcare coverage for employees and dependents.
