About the role
About the Role We are looking for a passionate MERN Stack Developer with 12 years of hands-on experience to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in modern JavaScript technologies and be eager to learn and work on real-world web applications. Responsibilities Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack.Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces with React.js.Develop RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.Design and manage MongoDB databases.Collaborate with designers and senior developers.Debug, optimize, and maintain application performance.Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices.Required Skills 12 years of experience with the MERN Stack.Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+).Experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, or Bootstrap.Experience with Git/GitHub.Understanding of REST APIs and JWT authentication.Basic knowledge of deployment on cloud platforms is a plus.Preferred Skills Experience with Next.js.Knowledge of TypeScript.Familiarity with Redux or Context API.Basic understanding of Docker and CI/CD.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience.Opportunity to work on exciting projects.Learning and career growth opportunities.Friendly and collaborative work environment.Compensation: 15,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person About the Role We are looking for a passionate MERN Stack Developer with 12 years of hands-on experience to join our team in Mohali.
