About the role
Platform & Service Management: Serve as SME for Azure PaaS services App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, SQL, Redis, Service Bus, Key Vault, Storage, Backup, and AKS. Design and support secure, scalable, and resilient Azure PaaS solutions. Operations & Monitoring: Troubleshoot complex issues, monitor via Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights, and lead RCA for critical incidents. Optimization & Automation: Enhance performance, cost, and scalability using Terraform, ARM, and Azure DevOps. Implement cloud governance and lifecycle best practices. Security & Compliance: Ensure access control, encryption, and identity management with Azure AD and RBAC; align deployments with compliance standards. Collaboration & Support: Collaborate with DevOps and app teams, mentor juniors, and maintain technical documentation and runbooks.
