As a Product Engineer / Lead at Tessolve in the Product Engineering team, your role will involve driving new product development from the design stage to high volume production. You will be responsible for managing timelines, product performance analysis, and data sheet compliance matrix throughout all rounds of design optimization, customer sampling, and production release. Your key responsibilities will include: - Utilizing data processing tools like JMP, Exensio, O+, Data Power, and Excel for calculating CPK, identifying outliers, setting limits, and guard bands based on statistics. - Participating in 1st Si debug, Yield and Test time improvement, and working closely with test and design engineers for releasing the product to full production. - Running cross-functional meetings with project team members across time zones and sites. - Managing customer returns and RMA process to drive timely closure. - Defining product validation requirements by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design team, DFT team, and test engineers to translate concepts into tests. - Collaborating with test engineers to develop effective and efficient manufacturing tests on ATE for mass production. - Driving MP readiness with multiple engineering and operation teams. - Participating in yield analysis, driving necessary improvement actions on silicon process, setting optimization, and testing robustness to improve yield to target. - Working with reliability engineers to achieve successful product qualifications based on JEDEC and AECQ100 Standards. - Providing failure analysis support for customer returned issues. Preferred Qualifications: - Requires BE/B.Tech degree in Electrical/Electronics with 1 to 8 years of Semiconductor Product engineering experience. - Experience working with CMOS ASIC Design, Test, Foundry & Production teams. - Strong track record of ASIC design from concept to mass production to EOL. - Deep understanding of statistical data analysis along with data analysis tools such as Excel VBA, Spotfire, O+, JMP, and Galaxy. - Basic to advanced knowledge of the ATE Tester, V93K is preferred. - Strong analytical skills, ability to problem solve and debug systems, circuits, and devices. - Experience in product coordination, yield improvement, and test time reduction. - Working knowledge of semiconductor quality and automotive standard process control. - Hands-on experience with production & Characterization data collection at Wafer as well as Package level. - Experience in working in production test floors, bench instruments & ATE is a plus. - Experience with Probers and Handlers is a plus.
