Front End Technical Lead

As a Frontend Technical Lead at Codriva -Noida, your role will involve leading the design, development, and delivery of modern web and mobile applications. You will be responsible for driving frontend development initiatives, designing scalable architectures, mentoring engineers, and interacting directly with clients. Your expertise in React.js, Next.js, and React Native will be crucial in making frontend architecture decisions and ensuring timely project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Lead frontend development initiatives for web and mobile applications. - Design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance frontend architectures. - Drive technical decisions, code quality standards, and development best practices. - Mentor, coach, and guide frontend developers to enhance technical capabilities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend, QA, DevOps, UI/UX, and product teams. - Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards. - Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis. - Engage directly with clients for requirement discussions, technical solutions, and project updates. - Ensure timely delivery of projects while upholding quality standards. - Take ownership of frontend releases and coordinate deployment. - Contribute hands-on to development when project needs demand. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5-8 years of experience with at least 2 years in a Team Lead role. - Strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, React Native, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS, and responsive design. - Proficiency in REST API integration, Git workflows, Webpack/Vite, NPM/Yarn, and CI/CD fundamentals. - Experience in managing and mentoring developers, client-facing communication, and project planning. - Good understanding of Node.js, AWS cloud services, Microservices architecture, Docker, and SaaS applications will be beneficial. - Exposure to React Native applications deployment on Android and iOS stores is a plus.
