In this role, you will design and execute advanced test strategies that validate complex omnichannel workflows, multi-system integrations, and enterprise-scale customer journeys. Your investigative mindset, critical thinking, and deep domain expertise will be instrumental in uncovering hidden defects and ensuring the delivery of reliable, customer-centric releases. What You'll Do - Design and execute comprehensive functional, system, integration, and end-to-end test scenarios for complex contact center workflows, including voice, chat, email, routing, reporting, and agent desktop functionalities - Lead exploratory testing initiatives using heuristic-driven and mind-map-driven approaches to identify intermittent issues, concurrency defects, resiliency gaps, and workflow integration failures across distributed enterprise systems - Validate omnichannel customer journeys by testing real-world scenarios across multiple communication channels, user roles, configurations, and data variations to ensure seamless end-to-end experiences - Perform deep integration testing across APIs, microservices, databases, event streams, and third-party systems; validate backend processing, data consistency, and transaction integrity using SQL/NoSQL analysis and log examination - Drive risk-based quality initiatives by identifying high-impact business failure points, unusual user behaviors, negative scenarios, and edge cases that could impact production stability - Create high-quality defect reports with strong root-c .
