System Engineer Intern

Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented fresher or intern to join our Systems Engineering team. You will assist in defining system requirements, supporting documentation, and contributing to testing and validation of integrated systems, including AI and computer vision-based solutions. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a strong foundation in systems engineering, AI integration, and cross-functional collaboration . Key Responsibilities Assist in documenting system-level requirements under guidance from senior engineers Support preparation of system architecture diagrams and interface documentation Help maintain basic requirement tracking and traceability (e.g., spreadsheets, tools) Participate in defining: Customer and system requirements Interface requirements (hardware & software) Basic AI/ML model requirements (accuracy, performance) Support testing and validation activities , including executing test cases Help in preparing test reports and documentation Assist in identifying basic risks and maintaining documentation for risk tracking Collaborate with software, hardware, and AI/ML teams to understand system workflows Support integration of AI models into systems (basic exposure to pipelines) Participate in team discussions and brainstorming sessions Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor s degree (or pursuing final year) in: Computer Science / IT / Electronics / Electrical / Mechatronics or related field Basic understanding of: Software systems and system design concepts Programming fundamentals (Python preferred) Familiarity with: Data structures, APIs, or system workflows Basic AI/ML or computer vision concepts (academic exposure is enough) Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Good analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and documentation skills Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) Basic knowledge of: System design or architecture concepts AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV) Exposure to: Git, version control systems Testing concepts or QA processes Internship/project experience in: AI, computer vision, or software systems Interest in working with hardware + software integrated systems What You ll Gain Hands-on experience working on real-world systems and AI-driven solutions Mentorship from experienced engineers Exposure to system design, testing, and AI integration Opportunity to convert internship into a full-time role Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
