About the role
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Minimum [3–5+] years of experience in SAP Case Management or SAP CRM with case management functionalities. Experience in configuring and supporting SAP Public Sector solutions (optional but preferred). Strong knowledge of SAP Workflow, Records Management, and document integration. Experience with business process mapping and gap analysis. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
