Strong understanding of Responsible AI principles , with handson capability in fairness, bias, and transparency testing . Practical exposure to model governance and drift detection , ensuring model reliability and regulatory compliance. Expertise in defining and measuring LLM evaluation metrics such as relevance, context precision, and recall validating output quality and business alignment.
