Servicenow Platform Architect

Role & responsibilities Platform Architecture & Strategy Define and maintain the ServiceNow platform architecture, standards, and best practices. Develop long-term platform roadmaps aligned with business and technology strategies. Ensure solution designs are scalable, maintainable, secure, and compliant with enterprise standards. Act as the architectural governance lead for all ServiceNow initiatives. Solution Design & Delivery Lead architecture and design workshops with business and technical stakeholders. Review and approve high-level and detailed solution designs. Provide technical oversight for ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. Ensure adherence to ServiceNow out-of-the-box capabilities and minimize unnecessary customization. Technical Leadership Mentor solution architects, technical architects, developers, and administrators. Establish development standards, coding guidelines, and platform governance processes. Drive adoption of best practices across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, SPM, and other ServiceNow modules. Support pre-sales and solutioning activities for new opportunities. Integrations & Enterprise Architecture Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications. Define API, middleware, and data architecture strategies. Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and other technology teams to ensure ecosystem alignment. Drive platform modernization and automation initiatives. Platform Governance & Optimization Establish platform health, performance, security, and compliance standards. Conduct architecture reviews and technical assessments. Identify opportunities for platform optimization and technical debt reduction. Lead upgrade planning and platform lifecycle management activities
