Technical Lead

You will be responsible for taking complete ownership of a B2B SaaS product at Cog Culture, from server architecture to production deployment. As a Technical Lead with 510 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in making architecture decisions, writing code, and being the primary technical authority for the product. Your work will involve collaborating with various stakeholders such as business, design, and marketing teams to ensure the product meets industry standards and is genuinely useful. Key Responsibilities: - Architect, build, and scale the full SaaS product from backend infrastructure to user-facing interface - Own all technical layers including APIs, frontend, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and data systems - Drive core platform decisions such as technology choices, system design, and product evolution - Develop production-grade APIs and backend services using Python (FastAPI / Django preferred) - Design scalable data models, service integrations, and multi-tenant SaaS architecture - Develop responsive, high-performance frontend applications using React.js - Manage and optimize AWS cloud environments for performance, reliability, and cost - Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar - Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Docker-based workflows, and cloud automation - Build and integrate AI/GenAI-powered features into the SaaS product - Identify and implement AI-driven efficiencies across both the product and engineering process Qualifications Required: - 510 years of hands-on full-stack development and cloud engineering experience - Strong proficiency in React.js and modern frontend development - Deep backend expertise in Python FastAPI or Django strongly preferred - Solid experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure management - Hands-on experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps workflows - Experience architecting scalable, cloud-native SaaS systems - Working knowledge of AI/GenAI technologies, LLM integrations, or automation workflows - Product ownership mindset focusing on what gets shipped, not just how it's done You will be responsible for taking complete ownership of a B2B SaaS product at Cog Culture, from server architecture to production deployment.
