Title: Computer Support Specialist
Duration: 2 years
Location: Albany NY, 12206
Shift Timings: Mon-Fri (9:00-5:00)
Pay: USD 20/hr-USD 22/hr
Position summary:
The role combines IT support, data management, survey administration, provider communication, and quality assurance while ensuring compliance with data collection policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Notify healthcare providers about survey availability.
Follow up with non-responding providers.
Assist providers with survey questions.
Provide first-level technical support to internal staff.
Assist employees with software, hardware, and data tools.
Coordinate with NYS IT’S for equipment installation and software requests.
Track IT support tickets.
Troubleshoot technical issues.
Minimum Qualifications

Excellent organizational skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Ability to work independently and within a team.

Preferred Qualification:

Experience in healthcare, government, or survey administration.
