Role Overview: As a Generative AI Specialist, you will play a crucial role in revolutionizing the ITeS/BPO industry by utilizing cutting-edge AI methodologies and techniques. Your main focus will be on leveraging Generative AI and Conversational AI to enhance data utilization and streamline BPO operations effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Research and develop innovative AI methodologies and Generative AI techniques tailored for various applications within the BPO value chain. - Collaborate closely with diverse teams to design, implement, and scale AI/ML concepts for optimal efficiency. - Drive AI/ML adoption initiatives within the organization through training programs and capability-building exercises. - Stay updated on the latest trends in data science, Generative AI, and NLP to address real-world business challenges effectively. - Foster partnerships with industry and academic entities to foster innovation and tap into external expertise. - Document methodologies, tools, and processes, and communicate findings and solutions to stakeholders across the organization. Qualification Required: - Possess 8+ years of experience focusing on Generative AI solutions and their practical applications such as RAG, AI Agents, Lang Graph, or similar frameworks. - Hold a Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Proficient in Python, with hands-on experience in deploying solutions on cloud platforms like AWS and Azure. - Demonstrated expertise in Generative AI, NLP, and advanced data science techniques, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into AI-powered solutions. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills, enabling effective collaboration in global, multidisciplinary teams. - Customer-centric approach, strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning.
