AI Engineer Location: India Experience: 35 years in AI/ML with product development exposure About the Role We are seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered features and products. You will work across the AI development lifecyclefrom prototyping to productioncollaborating closely with product and engineering teams to build scalable, real-world solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and deploy machine learning and AI models into production.Work on the end-to-end lifecycle of AI featuresfrom experimentation and prototyping to deployment and monitoring.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate product requirements into AI-driven solutions.Develop and maintain data pipelines, model training workflows, and serving infrastructure.Build LLM-based solutions using techniques like RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.Ensure model performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency in production.Contribute to MLOps practices for versioning, monitoring, and retraining.Stay current with emerging AI research and apply relevant advances to the product.Required Qualifications M.Tech in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field.35 years of experience in AI/ML engineering.Experience building and shipping AI-powered products or features (beyond research or POCs).Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).Hands-on experience with LLMs, generative AI, and modern AI tooling (LangChain, vector databases, etc.).Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps.Solid understanding of data structures, system design, and scalable architecture.Preferred Qualifications Experience with real-time inference, model optimization, or distributed training.Familiarity with product analytics and A/B testing for AI features.Contributions to open-source projects, publications, or patents.Experience in fast-paced startup or product-led environments.What We Offer Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI product initiatives.Competitive compensation and equity/ESOPs.Flexible/hybrid work arrangements.A collaborative, high-growth environment.Compensation: 50,000.00 - 150,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insuranceProvident FundWork Location: In person AI Engineer Location: India Experience: 35 years in AI/ML with product development exposure About the Role We are seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered features and products.
