Tech /MCA 8+ years of experience Position: Python Backend Lead Location: Hyderabad, India Job Description We are seeking a skilled and motivated Python Backend Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building and maintaining high-performance, scalable and secure backend systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Python programming and web development frameworks. Responsibilities: Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic Write clean, efficient and well-documented code, following best practices and industry standards Develop and implement RESTful APIs and microservices Ensure the performance, scalability and security of the backend systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and deploy new features Troubleshoot and debug issues in the backend systems Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies Requirements: Strong experience in Python programming and web development frameworks (such as Flask, Django, etc.) Experience with RESTful API development and microservices architecture Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) Experience with cloud computing platforms (such as AWS, Google Cloud, etc.) Strong understanding of security principles and how to implement them in a web environment Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code Excellent problem-solving and communication skills BTech/Mtech/MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
