About the role
As a .NET Azure Developer at Cognine, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining .NET / .NET Core applications. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building and exposing RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core - Designing, deploying, and managing applications on Microsoft Azure - Working with Azure services such as App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Storage, and Key Vault - Integrating applications with databases and external services - Writing clean, efficient, and testable code - Collaborating with QA, UI/UX, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions - Debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing application performance - Actively participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies Qualifications required for this role include: - 4 - 6 years of experience in C#, .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API - Strong experience with Microsoft Azure - Hands-on experience with Azure App Services / Functions / Azure SQL - Good knowledge of SQL Server and database queries - Experience with REST API development and integration - Proficiency with Git / version control - Strong problem-solving and communication skills It would be good to have experience with: - CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) - Exposure to Docker / containerization - Knowledge of Azure DevOps, ARM templates, or Terraform - Experience with monitoring and logging (App Insights) - Exposure to AWS Join Cognine, a global tech organization with a passion for core software engineering services and AI-driven technology solutions.
