About the Role: As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining software applications, ensuring they meet the requirements of customers and clients. You will collaborate with technical writers to produce customer-relevant documentation and ensure compliance with corporate policies, processes, and standards. You will lead projects and modules, estimate, plan, design, and implement them efficiently. Additionally, you will provide production support, possess problem-solving abilities, and have a strong grasp of popular Java frameworks like JSF and Spring MVC. Key Responsibilities: Analyzing requirements and creating designs to translate them into deliverables Writing code or programs to produce desired results Testing and validating software and networking hardware to ensure the program works correctly under all conditions Determining what software is required or what modifications to existing software are needed Collaborating with customers and clients to ensure accurate usage of software Creating customer-relevant documentation with technical writers Ensuring compliance with corporate policies, processes, and standards Maintaining and enhancing applications and software as per client-contractual norms Monitoring projects and leading modules Conducting Quality Control activities Requirements: 3-7 years of experience Efficient in estimating, planning, designing, and implementing projects Ability to allocate resources for projects In-depth knowledge of popular Java frameworks like JSF and Spring MVC Customer interaction and requirements gathering abilities Efficiency in architecture and designing capabilities Ability to provide production support Possess problem-solving abilities.
