Job Title :Salesforce Business Analyst client : Confidential Location :Bangalore Job Type:Contract Years of Exp- 4+ years Notice: Immediate to 15 days only Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business processes, requirements, and objectives. Translate business needs into clear, concise functional and technical requirements for Salesforce solutions. Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity. Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions with key stakeholders. Create user stories, process flows, use cases, wireframes, and acceptance criteria. Work closely with Salesforce developers and administrators to design and implement scalable solutions. Participate in system configuration, testing (UAT), training, and post-deployment support. Identify opportunities to improve business processes using Salesforce capabilities. Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business value. Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and industry best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2+ years working specifically on Salesforce projects. Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform customizations. Experience with requirement gathering, gap analysis, and documenting user stories and acceptance criteria. Proficiency in creating process maps and wireframes using tools like Lucidchart, Visio, or similar. Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. Knowledge of Salesforce data models, reporting, dashboards, and workflows. Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred; other Salesforce certifications are a plus.
