About the role
As a Service Delivery Manager with over 12 years of experience in Global SAP Application Maintenance and Support engagements, your primary responsibilities will include: - Managing client relationships and providing governance for multiple AMS accounts - Leading multi-cultural support teams across different geographies in a 10x5 support model with weekend support as required - Hands-on experience as an SAP Functional or Technical Consultant in Maintenance and Support - Handling stakeholders such as business users, IT management, and vendor partners effectively - Executing support operations including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Service Requests, SLA monitoring, and reporting - Transitioning projects to support seamlessly - Expertise in Transport Requests Management, Regression Testing processes, and operational aspects of projects and programs - Navigating complex program stakeholders and organizational structures with effective Escalation Management - Managing Major and Critical Incidents with strong communication and presentation skills - Analyzing operational environments to identify trends and patterns for efficient problem investigation - Monitoring environments for improvements and ensuring effective follow-ups with team members and support vendors - Working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment both independently and collaboratively - Mentoring and coaching team members for professional development - Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, Scrum, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, ChaRM, SOLMAN is advantageous - Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint - Strong analytical, organizational, time management, facilitation, and process management skills - Effective communication at all levels within the organization for technical and non-technical information - Evaluating and negotiating priorities while adapting to evolving assignments - Traveling occasionally by auto and air to meet business objectives - Bachelor's degree in related Information Systems, Business, or relevant academic discipline required Your strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication skills will be instrumental in succeeding in this role.
