Role Description The Senior System Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise systems and infrastructure to support critical business applications. Daily tasks include monitoring system performance, managing configurations, applying updates and patches, and ensuring high availability and reliability of systems. The role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing advanced technical support to internal teams, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders on system-related projects. The Senior System Engineer will also contribute to system architecture decisions, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore Rural. Qualifications Strong Systems Engineering and Systems Design skills to architect, implement, and optimize enterprise infrastructure. Hands-on experience with System Administration, including configuration management, patching, and performance monitoring. Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex system issues. Experience with operating systems (e.g., Linux, Windows Server) and common enterprise tools (e.g., virtualization, monitoring, backup solutions). Knowledge of networking fundamentals, security best practices, and cloud or hybrid environments is beneficial. Ability to document architectures, procedures, and incident resolutions clearly and accurately. Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Linux, VMware, cloud platforms) are an advantage. .
