Summary We are seeking a talented and experienced AI & Generative AI Developer to join our team and help us create groundbreaking generative AI models and applications. In this role, you will work closely with our team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and researchers to develop, implement, and optimize generative LLM, and foundational models .The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, NLP, and deep learning, with a passion for innovation and a drive to push the boundaries of generative AI technologies. Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge generative AI models using state-of-the-art techniques such as General Adversarial Networks (GANs), variational autoencoders (VAEs), and reinforcement learning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, research requirements, and develop innovative solutions. Optimize model performance through experimentation, hyperparameter tuning, and advanced optimization techniques. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in generative AI, deep learning, and related fields, and incorporate current techniques and methods into the team's workflow. Develop and maintain clear and concise documentation of generative AI models, processes, and results. Communicate complex concepts and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Provide support and guidance to other team members, and contribute to a positive, team-oriented working workplace. Lead the development and deployment leveraging large language models (LLMs) , MCP Server and agentic frameworks such as MAF, Autogen or CrewAI. Oversee cloud deployments, containerization, and orchestration of AI models to ensure scalability and reliability.
