Job Summary Collaboration & Productivity Engineering (Microsoft 365 suite) Responsibilities Engineer provision and operate the M365 suite (Teams SharePoint OneDrive Exchange Copilot) with ongoing optimization. Automate provisioning backup / restore and data-sync processes to reduce user downtime. Deliver incident response and service-request fulfillment with self-healing and auto-resolution workflows. Integrate collaboration tools (Box Zoom GoToAssist AvePoint) while optimizing workflows. Execute upgrades patches and rollouts while reducing change-failure rates through automation maintain documentation and adoption insights.
