Cypress Automation

You are an experienced Automation Engineer with a strong expertise in Cypress and programming knowledge in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python. Your role involves designing, developing, and maintaining robust end-to-end automated test frameworks for web applications. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop automated test scripts using Cypress. - Implement test cases for UI, API, and regression testing. - Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to identify test scenarios and ensure full coverage. - Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.). - Debug, troubleshoot, and maintain existing automation frameworks. - Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices in test automation. - Prepare detailed test reports and track defects to closure. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Strong hands-on experience in Cypress test automation. - Overall 4-10 years of experience in IT and a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in Cypress is a must. - Proficiency in one of the following languages Java / Javascript / Typescript / Python. - Experience with REST API automation using Cypress or other tools is good to have. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodology.
