About the role
AI Platform Architect -- Technology Scouting & Roadmap - Monitor and evaluate the latest AI capabilities across Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI updates, Microsoft Copilot stack, and the broader ecosystem surfacing features relevant to Uniper's energy sector context - Collaborate with Solution Owners to assess, prioritize, and integrate scouted capabilities into the AIWorks platform roadmap - Develop proof-of-concepts and feasibility studies to validate emerging technologies before platform adoption Platform Architecture & Design - Design scalable, secure AI platform features on Azure AI Foundry model deployment topologies, RAG pipelines, agent orchestration, and enterprise data integration patterns - Architect multi-model, multi-modal solutions using Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Search, Prompt Flow, and connected cognitive services - Define and govern platform design standards aligned with Responsible AI principles, data classification policy, and Microsoft's Well-Architected Framework - Design secure-by-default integration patterns: private endpoints, managed identities, network segmentation, and API gateway governance Security & Responsible AI Governance - Lead threat modelling and security reviews for all AI platform features, applying OWASP LLM Top 10 and Microsoft SDL guidelines - Define and enforce content safety policies using Azure AI Content Safety, prompt injection mitigations, and grounding strategies - Ensure platform compliance with EU AI Act, GDPR, and Uniper's internal AI governance framework including model cards, data lineage, and audit logging - Conduct Responsible AI assessments covering fairness, transparency, accountability, reliability, and inclusiveness Development & Engineering - Develop platform features following secure coding standards using Azure AI Foundry SDK, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, and Azure Developer CLI (azd) - Implement CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions for automated testing, security scanning (SAST/DAST), and multi-environme .
