The role involves administration, troubleshooting, performance optimization, security management, and 24x7 production support across enterprise data centers. Required Experience 6+ years of hands-on experience in HP NonStop (Tandem) administration, support, and operations. Experience supporting large-scale production environments with high availability requirements. Strong understanding of NonStop system architecture, networking, security, backup, and disaster recovery. Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot system software and related components. Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity utilization. Resolve complex operating system, networking, and infrastructure issues. Support application teams with platform-related troubleshooting and optimization. Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity activities. Maintain operational and technical documentation. Provide 24x7 production support and incident management. Preferred Background Banking, Payments, Financial Services, or other mission-critical environments. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members.
