We are seeking a skilled Java Backend Developer with strong expertise in Microservices architecture and Apache Kafka. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance backend systems, integrating real-time data pipelines, and ensuring system reliability. Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.Implement Microservices architecture for scalable and modular applications.Integrate and manage Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming and event-driven systems.Develop RESTful APIs and ensure secure, efficient communication between services.Optimize application performance, scalability, and fault tolerance.Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP).Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies.Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong proficiency in Java 8+ and Spring Boot.Hands-on experience with Microservices design and implementation.Solid understanding of Apache Kafka (producers, consumers, topics, partitions, offsets).Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and API security.Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).Experience with unit testing and integration testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito).Understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and messaging patterns.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
