About the role
Roles and Responsibilities Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain large-scale software applications using Java or Python programming languages. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs. Develop expertise in Agentic AI technology stack to build innovative products and services. Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines. Troubleshoot complex issues related to application performance, scalability, security, and reliability. Desired Candidate Profile 10-19 years of experience in IT industry with hands-on experience on Java or Python programming languages. Strong understanding of Agentic AI technology stack including Claude framework for building conversational interfaces. Experience working on big data processing technologies such as Spark/Hadoop ecosystem (desirable). Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
