The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java Springboot and React and will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role focuses on developing innovative solutions that align with business goals and deliver impactful results. Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications using Java Spring Boot and React.js Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Experience in Java development with expertise in Spring Boot framework. Strong understanding of React.js for frontend development Responsibilities Design and develop scalable and efficient software solutions using Java Springboot and React to meet business requirements and enhance user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines. Write clean maintainable and well-documented code while adhering to best practices and coding standards. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables and minimize system downtime. Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions to improve speed and reliability. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency across the development team. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate innovative solutions into existing systems. Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline deployment processes and ensure seamless integration of new features. Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing development and future enhancements. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any technical concerns. Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection regulations in all software development activities. Qualifications Demonstrate strong expertise in Java Springboot and React with hands-on experience in developing complex applications. Possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges effectively. Showcase proficiency in software development lifecycle processes including requirement analysis design coding testing and deployment. Exhibit strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders effectively. Have a solid understanding of database management systems and experience working with relational databases. Display familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools to manage projects efficiently. Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest technologies and frameworks.
