Senior AI Engineer – Microsoft 365 Agents & Azure AI Experience Range: 5 to 13 years Location: PAN India Level: SA & M Work Model: Hybrid 3 days WFO Shift: Regular Shift (11.00 AM to 8.00 PM IST) Notice: Immediate to 30 days Experience: 8–10+ years in Python-based enterprise application development and Azure cloud solutions. Required Skills Strong expertise in Python and Azure-based application development. Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Agents SDK for building and deploying agents across Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Web channels . Experience with one or more agent frameworks: Microsoft Agent Framework, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI . Strong knowledge of Azure OpenAI (preferred: Azure AI Foundry ). Experience deploying agents as Teams apps/Copilot extensions using Azure Bot Service and Microsoft Entra ID . Hands-on experience with Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Key Vault, and Cosmos DB . Experience implementing RAG solutions using Azure AI Search . Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication . Strong understanding of security using Entra ID, Managed Identities, RBAC, and Key Vault . Experience with observability and monitoring using Application Insights, OpenTelemetry , and agent tracing/evaluation frameworks. Experience with CI/CD using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps . Ability to design, deploy, and support enterprise-grade, secure, scalable AI/agentic solutions in production environments. Preferred: Experience with multi-agent orchestration, tool calling, plugins, workflows, memory management, Teams integrations, and Azure AI Foundry Agent Service.
