Senior Microservices Framework Engineer

Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Microservices Framework Engineer with 710 years of experience in designing and developing scalable, enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in building microservices frameworks from scratch, hands-on experience with a programming language, RDBMS, and CI/CD pipelines, and a passion for creating reusable, high-performance solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust microservices frameworks for enterprise applications. Build reusable frameworks and common libraries from scratch to support scalable and maintainable application development. Develop and optimize microservices using at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Go, C#, or Node.js). Design and implement database solutions using any RDBMS (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server). Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical architecture, coding standards, and best practices. Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security. Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and ensure high-quality software delivery. Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement sustainable solutions. Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the engineering ecosystem. Required Skills 7–10 years of software development experience. Strong hands-on experience in Microservices Architecture. Proven experience in designing and developing frameworks from scratch. Expertise in at least one programming language (Java, Python, Go, C#, Node.js, or equivalent). Strong knowledge of RDBMS and database design principles. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation. Strong understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented programming, and distributed systems. Experience with RESTful APIs, containerization, and cloud-native application development. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Good to Have Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for event-driven architecture and messaging. Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation. Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and monitoring tools is an added advantage. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
