About the role
Skill: SmartComm Developer Work Location : Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad SmartCOMM Developer Role With The Following Responsibilities And Expectations Strong experience in SmartCOMM platform with a focus on designing and developing communication templates for enterprise use cases. Hands-on expertise in template design, including creation of dynamic, reusable, and scalable templates aligned with business requirements. Proficiency in data modeling using SmartCOMM Data Modeler to structure, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources. Experience working with SmartCOMM Designer (ATD) for building and customizing customer communication layouts and formats. Exposure to SmartCOMM Draft Editor for content creation, editing, and management of communication artifacts. Good understanding of Customer Communication Management (CCM) concepts, including document generation, personalization, and multi-channel delivery. Ability to work on end-to-end CCM implementations, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment. Familiarity with enterprise CCM solutions and best practices for handling large-scale communication workflows. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as business analysts, architects, and QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables. Experience in troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining SmartCOMM solutions in production environments.
