Software Engineer

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Software Engineer where you will leverage your expertise in Spring Boot Microservices and Core Java to develop innovative solutions. With a focus on Procure to Pay Payroll and Finance & Accounting you will contribute to projects that enhance our business operations. This hybrid role offers a collaborative environment with no travel required allowing you to balance work and life effectively.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement high-quality software solutions using Spring Boot and Microservices to meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and architect scalable applications that align with company goals. Utilize Core Java to enhance application performance and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and adhere to best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth operation of applications. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new features and enhancements. Ensure timely delivery of projects by managing tasks and priorities effectively. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members as needed. Collaborate with the QA team to ensure thorough testing and quality assurance of applications. Document technical specifications and project progress for future reference. Engage in regular team meetings to discuss project updates and share knowledge.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of Spring Boot Microservices and Core Java with proven experience in software development. Demonstrate proficiency in designing and implementing scalable applications in a hybrid work model. Experience in Procure to Pay Payroll and Finance & Accounting domains is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deliver high-quality results.
