About the role
As a Product Analyst at Cohere Health, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Business Intelligence team by providing essential inputs for product development and taking ownership of key tasks and processes, such as requirements gathering for reporting suites, which include dashboards and data extracts. Your collaborative efforts with the BI product team will drive product development efficiently and effectively, encompassing documentation, training, research, analysis, and other essential functions to ensure the team's success in meeting its roadmap objectives. Your role will necessitate strong communication skills, teamwork, attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to independently execute defined tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a product analyst focusing on reporting and dashboarding capabilities, data assets, user needs, and compliance awareness within the Business Intelligence area - Support backlog, roadmap, and product development operations in collaboration with the broader product development team - Conduct internal user research, data analysis, pilots, requirements gathering, and other critical inputs for product development - Manage bug intake, validation, and triage processes to ensure timely issue resolution - Create and update product documentation, user training materials, and relevant product communications - Perform data analysis to support bug triage and product requirements Qualifications Required: Must-haves: - 2-3 years of professional experience, preferably in or related to product management - Strong English communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a team - Analytical rigor, inquisitiveness, attention to detail, and results orientation - Bachelor's Degree Nice-to-haves: - Experience in a SaaS or technology-driven company - Knowledge/experience in the US healthcare industry and data - Experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst - Proficiency in Tableau, SQL, Jira - Global work experience If you are considering this opportunity, you should be prepared to reliably commute to or relocate to Hyderabad, Telangana before starting work.
