Engineering Manager

Coherent’s Laser Systems and Measurement (LSM) business designs and manufactures laser diode modules, multi-laser light engines, and laser measurement products for bioinstrumentation, scientific, microelectronics, and industrial markets.

The Engineering Manager is both a technical and people leader within the development engineering team. As an engineering manager, you will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary engineering teams, executing product development projects to meet timelines and delivering high-quality laser and measurement product designs. This position combines direct people management, technical oversight, and project execution, with a strong focus on delivering results in a multi-project product development environment.
