About the role
As a Customer Success Engineer at Cohesity, you will play a crucial role in assisting our customers with maximizing the performance, reliability, and value of their Cohesity deployments. Here's how you will spend your time: - Serve as a technical advisor, offering best practices on cyber resiliency, cloud computing and storage, disaster recovery planning and testing, and product lifecycle management - Act as a product expert, providing guidance on Cohesitys cloud data security and management platform, troubleshooting, and configuring cloud-integrated features - Ensure effective delivery of Customer Success Services technical services portfolio - Provide proactive guidance on new releases, product compatibility, technical updates, and configuration best practices - Participate in customer calls, offering insights on product features, enhancements, and best practices - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and deliver exceptional experiences - Work outside of normal business hours as required Some of the qualifications we are looking for include: - Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelors degree, 3 years with a masters degree, or equivalent work experience - Hands-on expertise with Cohesity products, cyber resiliency, data protection, cloud architecture, and modern data center technologies - Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to develop impactful technical presentations - Willingness to travel internationally on short notice - Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying informed on industry trends Cohesity is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer, committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
