Senior System Architect

Education and Major : Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science and Technology, Software Engineering, Information Security or related majors, with more than 5 years of experience in system architecture design in the financial payment field. Industry Background : Have core work experience in payment companies, Internet finance enterprises, fintech companies or bank payment departments. Deeply understand the entire payment business process (transaction initiation, routing, risk control, clearing, reconciliation, refund, etc.), and have relevant system design or operation and maintenance experience in cross-border payment business. Familiar with cross-border payment clearing channels (such as SWIFT, CIPS, overseas local payment channels, etc.) and multi-region payment compliance requirements. Architectural Capabilities : Have rich experience in distributed system architecture design, proficient in core technologies such as microservices, distributed transactions, high concurrency processing, caching strategies, and message queues; priority will be given to candidates with practical experience in large-scale payment system architecture reconstruction. Technology Stack Requirements : Familiar with mainstream back-end development languages such as Java, proficient in microservice frameworks such as Spring Cloud/Dubbo, familiar with the principles and practices of middleware such as MySQL/Redis/Kafka/RocketMQ; priority will be given to candidates with an understanding of cloud-native technologies (Docker, K8s). Collaboration and Implementation Capabilities : Have excellent cross-team communication and coordination capabilities, able to efficiently link product, R&D, testing and other teams to promote the implementation of architecture plans; have a strong sense of responsibility and execution, and be able to respond to technical challenges in complex business scenarios. Compliance and Security Awareness : Deeply understand relevant laws, regulations and industry standards in the financial payment field (such as PCI DSS, relevant specifications of Netlink/UnionPay, etc.), and have experience in security architecture design and risk prevention and control of payment systems. Preferred Qualifications : Experience in the construction of payment license-related systems; led the design and implementation of cross-border payment system architecture; deeply participated in the docking of large-scale cross-border payment channels (such as SWIFT, CIPS, PayPal, Stripe and overseas local payment channels); familiar with multi-region cross-border payment compliance policies (such as Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), etc.).
